The legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes for data collection listed above. In no case do we use the collected data for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person. In addition, we use cookies and analysis services when you visit our website. • There is a legal obligation to disclose pursuant to Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR
  • It is legally permissible and necessary for the performance of a contract with you under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR

4. Cookies

We use cookies on our website. These are small files that your browser automatically creates and stores on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our website. Cookies do not cause any damage to your device, and they do not contain viruses, trojans, or other malware. Information is stored in the cookie that results from the specific device used. However, this does not mean that we gain direct knowledge of your identity.

The use of cookies serves various purposes: to make our services more user-friendly, we use so-called session cookies to recognize that you have already visited individual pages on our website. These are automatically deleted once you leave our site. In addition, we also use temporary cookies that are stored on your device for a specified period to improve usability. If you return to our site, the system automatically recognizes that you have been here before and what inputs and settings you made so that you do not have to re-enter them.

Furthermore, we use cookies to record the use of our website statistically and to analyze it for the purpose of optimizing our services (see Section 5). These cookies enable us to recognize that you have visited our site before. These cookies are also automatically deleted after a defined period.

The data processed by cookies are necessary for the purposes mentioned to protect our legitimate interests and those of third parties under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Most browsers accept cookies automatically. However, you can configure your browser so that no cookies are stored on your computer, or a notice always appears before a new cookie is created. Completely disabling cookies may mean that you cannot use all functions of our website.

5. Analytics Tools

a) Tracking Tools
The tracking measures listed below and used by us are carried out based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. With the tracking measures we use, we want to ensure a demand-oriented design and continuous optimization of our website. Additionally, we use tracking tools to statistically record the use of our website and evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our offerings. These interests are considered legitimate under the regulation mentioned above.

The respective data processing purposes and data categories can be found in the corresponding tracking tools.

i) Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics for the purpose of demand-oriented design and ongoing optimization of our website. Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (https://www.google.com/about/) (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereinafter “Google”). In this context, pseudonymized user profiles are created and cookies (see Section 4) are used.

The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website, such as:

  • browser type/version,
  • operating system used,
  • referrer URL (the previously visited page),
  • host name of the accessing computer (IP address),
  • time of the server request,

is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The information is used to evaluate the use of the website, compile reports on website activities, and provide other services related to website and internet usage for market research and demand-oriented design. This information may also be transferred to third parties if required by law or if third parties process the data on behalf of Google.

Your IP address will not be merged with other Google data. IP addresses are anonymized so that assignment is not possible (IP masking).

You can prevent the installation of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, please note that in this case, you may not be able to use all functions of this website fully. Additionally, you can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing a browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en).

As an alternative to the browser add-on, especially for browsers on mobile devices, you can prevent Google Analytics from collecting data by clicking this link. An opt-out cookie will be set, which prevents the future collection of your data when visiting this website. The opt-out cookie only applies to this browser and only to our website and is stored on your device. If you delete the cookies in this browser, you must set the opt-out cookie again.

Further information on data protection in connection with Google Analytics can be found in the Google Analytics Help Center: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en

ii) Google Adwords Conversion Tracking
We also use Google Conversion Tracking to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our website for you. If you access our website via a Google ad, Google Adwords sets a cookie on your computer (see Section 4). These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification.

If the user visits certain pages of the Adwords customer’s website and the cookie has not expired, Google and the customer can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.

Each Adwords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked across the websites of different Adwords customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Adwords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Adwords customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive information that personally identifies users.

If you do not want to participate in the tracking process, you can also reject the required setting of a cookie, for example, via browser settings that disable the automatic setting of cookies. You can also disable cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain “www.googleadservices.com”. Google’s privacy notice on conversion tracking can be found here: https://services.google.com/sitestats/en.html

iii) Matomo
We use the open-source software Matomo to analyze and statistically evaluate the use of the website. Cookies are used for this purpose (see Section 4). The information generated by the cookie about the website usage is transmitted to our servers and compiled into pseudonymous usage profiles. The information is used to evaluate the use of the website and to enable a demand-oriented design of our website. The information is not disclosed to third parties. IP addresses are not associated with other user data. The IP addresses are anonymized, so identification is not possible (IP masking).

Your visit to this website is currently being recorded by the Matomo web analysis. Click here (https://matomo.org/docs/privacy/) to stop your visit from being recorded.

iv) LeadForensics
For marketing and optimization purposes, we use products and services from LeadForensics (Communication House, 26 York Street, London, W1U 6PZ United Kingdom) on this website. Lead Forensics determines the actual history of your visit to this website, including all pages you visited and how long you stayed on this page.

If IP addresses are collected, they are anonymized immediately upon collection. On behalf of the website operator, Lead Forensics will use the collected information to evaluate your visit to the website, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services related to website and internet usage.

Further information on data protection can be found at https://www.leadforensics.com/privacy-and-cookies/. Where we process personal data, we do so based on our legitimate interests in better designing our website. The legal basis is the protection of legitimate interests under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

You can object to the data processing at any time with future effect by clicking the following link: http://lfwebproxy.westeurope.cloudapp.azure.com:5000/?clientID=177381. We will then no longer store any additional data.

6. Data Subject Rights

You have the right:

  • pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR, to request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you may request information about the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data have been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right to lodge a complaint, the origin of your data if not collected from you, as well as the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information about its details;
  • pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR, to request without undue delay the correction of inaccurate or completion of your personal data stored by us;
  • pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR, to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;
  • pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR, to request the restriction of processing of your personal data if you contest the accuracy of the data, the processing is unlawful but you oppose its erasure and we no longer need the data, but you require it for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, or you have objected to processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR;
  • pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request transmission to another controller;
  • pursuant to Art. 7(3) GDPR, to withdraw your consent at any time. As a result, we may no longer continue the data processing that was based on this consent in the future; and
  • pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR, to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Generally, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace or our company headquarters.

7. Right to Object

If your personal data are processed based on legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR, provided that there are grounds relating to your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct marketing. In the latter case, you have a general right to object, which will be implemented by us without specifying a particular situation.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal or objection, simply send an email to info@lastrada.net.

8. Data Security

We use the widespread SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol during website visits in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. Typically, this involves 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we resort to 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is encrypted by the closed key or padlock icon in the status bar of your browser.

We also apply appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction, or unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

This privacy policy is currently valid and dated May 2018. Due to the ongoing development of our website and services or because of changes in legal or regulatory requirements, it may become necessary to amend this privacy policy.

The current privacy policy can be accessed and printed at any time from our website at http://lastrada.net/datenschutz.
