In this role you work directly with our Board and learn B2B software sales on the job. We are Dr. Jung & Partner, the company behind LASTRADA, the leading software for quality assurance of construction materials, used in more than 20 countries. You don’t need a background in sales. We will teach you, and you’ll take on responsibility as soon as you’re ready for it.

Your role

  • You work closely with our Board on live deals. You see how customers are won and how decisions are made, and you take on real tasks from the start: client communication, quotations, and preparing meetings.
  • You keep our CRM and sales pipeline clean, accurate, and up to date.
  • You work your way into our subject, the quality assurance of construction materials, until you can advise prospective clients yourself and look up a standard when a question calls for it.
  • You help us stay visible on LinkedIn across our markets in the UK, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, and the DACH region.
  • You take on more responsibility over time, from keeping the pipeline running to handling parts of the process and eventually your own deals.

The work has a real-world side to it: the asphalt, concrete, and aggregates our customers test end up in the roads, bridges, and buildings people use every day.

What you bring

  • You’re interested in technical detail. Standards, specifications, and numbers appeal to you rather than put you off. This is the part of the role that matters most.
  • You are reliable: you follow through and do what you said you would, by when.
  • You write clearly and communicate naturally with people.
  • You’re comfortable using modern tools and AI to work efficiently.
  • You speak fluent English, since our customer markets are international. German is a plus.
  • You live in Berlin or are willing to move here.

No sales or industry experience is needed. If you’re switching fields or just starting out, that’s fine. We’re not looking for a finished CV, but for the right person, and we’ll teach you the rest.
