The following modules are tailored to the laboratory requirements of aggregate producers, construction companies and independent test houses. The LASTRADA lab software provides you with intuitive user interfaces for the work in the aggregates lab, at the plant, in the office and on site.

Aggregate Delivery Management

Management of aggregate deliveries per ship, vehicles or lorries:

Registration and management of aggregate deliveries
Mix calculations and recipes for the loading crew (including automatic usage of most recent grading data or customisable statistical means)
Assignment of samples and special statistics to individual deliveries
Output of delivery- and client-specific lists and statistics

Multi-Stage Mix Calculation

Recipes with a minimal number of constituents to achieve a maximum variety of aggregate mixes for various asphalt and concrete applications (option to simulate the customer’s own aggregate additions)
Efficient declaration of the supplier’s aggregate mixes as well as the target mixes of the supplier’s customer (as a service, for instance)

Interface to a Photo-Optical Particle Analyser (CPA)
Interface to Digital Laboratory Balance (supported types: Sartorius, Mettler, Kern via RS 232); other brands by arrangement

Aggregate Infoterminal

Documents, prepared by the laboratory, will be available throughout the company.

For each product, documents are uploaded (e.g. latest statistics or typical grading curve)
Lists of aggregate deliveries can be exported
Delivered aggregates can be exported
Declared aggregates can be exported
